Home Additions on the North Shore

Project background:

Ben contacted Add Value before he got council approval. We sent a fixed-price quote and, as soon as the quote was approved, we started the job. We realised that the architect had missed a few things, so we found a new architect and got everything updated correctly. If only he had called us from the start!The property is located in Birkenhead, North Shore and features an area of beautiful bush out the back. The property’s condition before the renovation was very old and very dated.

What we did:

• Renovated the whole house, including the existing bathroom
• Built an entirely new kitchen
• Converted the sunroom into a bathroom and extra living space
• Installed a bifold door to the deck
