Is the call really free?
Yes. No charge, no commitment, no sales pitch at the end. We do these calls because the best renovations start with the right advice — not a quote.
Do I need plans, drawings or a budget figure ready?
No. Bring what you have. Some clients have full architectural plans, others have a rough sketch on the back of an envelope and a ballpark budget. Both are fine — the point of the call is to figure out where you actually are.
What if my project is small — a single bathroom or kitchen?
Still worth talking. Small renovations have the same risk areas — scope creep, hidden structural work, consent confusion — just at smaller numbers. A 30-minute call usually saves at least one expensive mistake.
What happens after the call?
If we're a fit, the next step is usually a free on-site visit so we can see the home in person. From there we'd put together a written design-build proposal. If we're not a fit, you'll know that on the call and we'll point you in a better direction.
