Allison and her family purchased their home in The Gardens a few years back, but as their family grew to five, they realised that their three-bedroom home was no longer adequate.
They faced the dilemma of moving out or adding an extra bedroom to their house. However, they had difficulty finding the right builder to help them manage the project and obtain the necessary building consent.

The Challenges
