A Remuera home transformed — a former garage converted into two bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a full kitchen and bathroom renovation.
The downstairs garage had been informally converted before 1990 — still recorded as a garage on council records. We managed the Certificate of Acceptance process end-to-end before consent, then converted the space into two compliant bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom were fully renovated with Melteca burnished wood cabinetry, engineered stone surfaces, Miele appliances, and Hettich hardware. Fixed-price QS scope, delivered to budget.
