  We guarantee our top quality workmanship, having provided over 200 renovation projects around Auckland over the last 10 years. We use our comprehensive 190 point checklist through each step of our renovation, and our project manager will check each point and show you during the weekly site meeting. At the end of the job, we will go through with you the finishing 125 points master-builder handover checklist to ensure we deliver what we promised. If we don't meet any of these standards outlined in our process, don't pay us until we do.

• Fixed pricing

  We use a third-party quantity surveyor to work out the materials cost, and 97 percent of our work has been completed on budget. Also, we only use the standard contract provided by the master-builder association. We do not change any of these terms, so you don't need to worry about getting caught in some unfair or hidden clauses.

• Professional cleaning

  We know how stressful it can be during a renovation, so we offer a professional clean of your home when the job is complete to ensure you move into your brand new home ready to relax and enjoy it.
