What should I prepare?
Have your address, rough scope, target budget and preferred timing ready. Plans, photos, LIM documents or drawings help if you have them, but are not required.
Will I receive a fixed quote at the visit?
No. Simon can discuss practical cost direction and budget fit. Reliable pricing needs a clear scope, plans and the right site information.
Is this a building inspection?
No. It is an early renovation consultation. Simon may flag visible concerns, but formal inspection, engineering and specialist reports are separate services.
