Once construction starts, every change goes in writing. A different tile, an extra power point, a wall you decide to take out, or a shift to the completion date — both forms below capture it properly so the contract price and timeline stay clear.

The build is done.

When the build is complete, we walk through together room by room with the Handover Checklist. The Notice of Practical Completion is what we both sign on handover day — it marks the legal end of the build and starts your 12-month defects period.

A renovation built right will last decades — but only if you look after it. The Maintenance Schedule tells you what to check and how often. The Home Maintenance Checklist is the quarterly tick-box log to keep records, which also protects your 10-Year Guarantee.
