Simon wanted to renovate this 1980's brick house before putting it back on the market with a more modern flair. There were many changes made during the project including knocking out a divider wall to open up the downstairs living space, re-doing wallpaper and flooring, building a large deck in the back yard, a garage-to-office conversion and (with extensive planning and council approval) adding a new bathroom upstairs.
