Project overview:

Gary wanted the downstairs portion of his home converted into a self contained Air B&B-listed room to rent out for some extra passive income. It had to be up to council standards and include noise suppression to isolate the two floors. This was a complete build from top to bottom and was completed with excellent quality and in a surprising time frame.
